Welcome to the newest addition to the RT kitchens lineup. Like many of our products, this hot sauce was born out of a mutual love of beer and hot sauce. Made in collaboration with SmokeEater Hot sauces, this unique twist on the traditional uses our own craftbeer (Levolution Marzen) and smoked scotch bonnet peppers. Other ingredients include: Apple Cider Vinegar, Sweet Onions, Red Bell Peppers, Carrots, Himalayan Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, and Brown Cane Sugar.

Small batch, handmade in Ontario we are proud of this unique variation and think it’s the perfect addition to things like wings, pasta, tacos, pizza and grilled meats, due to its smoke-forward flavour.
